We will require full access to electrics for us to be able to plug in our extension leads in order to carry out the service we provide.
Prior to booking in we will inspect the vehicle. This can be done via sending us photographs of your vehicle or a face-to-face consultation. This enables us to give you an exact quote for what work needs to be done. We will also note any cosmetic damage to the exterior and interior.
Should the interior of your vehicle be heavily solid with pet hair, vomit, mud, sand, cigarette odours etc, this will incur surcharge of £50 on top of the services we provide. Failure to do so this will still come in to effect.
Upon arrival, please ensure your vehicle is emptied of any personal belongs and rubbish (such as crisp & sweet wrappers, bottles, paper etc) we are not a rubbish disposal.
Payment & Additional Charges
To new clients booking in with our services we will ask for 20% deposit on our initial deep clean, paint enhancement, interior deep clean and paint correction services. This will cover you should we expect any changes in weather (high winds/rain/storms.) Should you decide to cancel and not use our services at all please be advised that this is a non-refundable deposit. We are a business and also have our expenses to cover as well as living costs.
We accept cash and BACs for payment. Preferable payment method is on completion of the job. Our invoice allows you 7 days to pay, failure comply will incur a 10% charge each day you don’t pay.
Locational Aspects
We are an insured business, however be advised we require to work in a suitable and safe space for the work to be carried out. We will not be able to come to your place of work should it not be a safe or suitable environment. By this we mean road side working and or tight working spaces.
Acceptable places for us generally are, drive ways/shared drive ways. If you can sort an alternative place for us to work safely and efficiently that would be acceptable.
For any paint enhancement or paint correction services please ensure we have a dry place to carry out our machine polishing and apply our ceramic coating. (If you have a double garage/unit/a decent size garage for us to work in this is more than acceptable for us).
We are aware some detailers use gazebo but with the nature of where we live in UK high winds and rain can have a massive impact on us and we would rather give you our customer the best service possible and be safe in doing so. So please bare this in mind when booking in.
Alternatively, if you know a dry safe location, we can arrange to carry out the work there.
Or if you feel comfortable you can drop your vehicle to us. Please bear in mind at our location we have a height restriction so extra-large SUV’s and Vans will not be able to fit at our current location.
